The rules for using our data tools, account features, generated outputs, and web development services.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Consaltek Solutions. By creating an account, logging in, uploading files, running tools, downloading outputs, or requesting services, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your password secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. Email verification is required before tools can be used.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform to upload unlawful, malicious, infringing, or harmful content. You may not attempt to bypass authentication, plan limits, file restrictions, download ownership checks, rate limits, or security controls.
Uploaded Data
You are responsible for the data you upload and for having the rights and permissions needed to process it. You should not upload sensitive personal information unless your account and deployment are approved for that use case.
Compliance Responsibility
Tools such as suppression scrubbing, DNC-related workflows, phone enrichment, deduplication, and analytics can support compliance work, but they do not replace legal advice. You are responsible for complying with telemarketing, privacy, consumer protection, and industry rules that apply to your use of the outputs.
Plans and Limits
Free and paid plans may limit available tools, daily jobs, file size, rows per job, support, and processing priority. Paid billing is architecture-ready but must be connected to a payment provider before live subscriptions can be sold.
Outputs
Generated outputs are provided based on the files and options you submit. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Outputs may expire or be deleted according to the retention policy.
Web Development Services
Custom web development, consulting, and enterprise work require a separate proposal, statement of work, invoice, or agreement. If a separate agreement conflicts with these terms, the separate agreement controls for that service engagement.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, hosting issues, third-party services, file processing errors, or security events may affect service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
