How it works

  1. Upload your primary file and your reference file
  2. Select the match key columns in each file
  3. Run the compare to generate matched/unmatched outputs
  4. Download exports and reconcile totals

Output / privacy

Downloads two outputs: matched records and unmatched records.

Uploads and generated files are stored privately and retained for the configured retention period.

Self-service comparison or managed reconciliation

The tool performs key-based matching between two files and separates rows from the primary file into matched and unmatched exports. It is not a cell-by-cell diff. Choose managed reconciliation when multiple exports, documented rules, or recurring QA and delivery are required.
