Cleanup actions supported by this tool
Lead Cleaner reads delimited text files, preserves the header when selected, and can trim whitespace from every cell. Deduplication can use a phone, email, one selected column, or a two-column compound key. When phone mode is selected, the same normalized phone value can be used for matching and written into the cleaned output.
If blank-key removal is enabled, rows without a usable dedupe key are excluded. Repeated keys are removed after the first retained row. The tool does not claim to validate every field or create a separate rejected-row file; it produces one cleaned CSV and records input, output, duplicate, and removed counts with the job.
