Checks
Required Fields

Select any columns that must be present for a row to be considered "ready" (campaign, state, ZIP, first name, etc.). Missing values will be flagged with a clear Issue reason.

Tip: Use Column Mapping above to match your file. If your file has a header row, the Issue column will use the real header names.

Ready rows are written only to the Dialer-Ready File. Flagged rows go only to the Flagged Rows File and include an Issue reason.

Tool information

What it does

Audit a lead CSV before dialer upload. The checker flags missing or invalid phone values, duplicate phones, and selected required-field issues, then separates rows into ready and flagged exports with a reconciliation summary.

How it works

  1. Upload the lead file
  2. Choose the phone and required columns
  3. Run the readiness audit
  4. Download ready and flagged outputs

Output / privacy

Downloads a dialer-ready file, flagged rows, and a readiness summary report.

Uploads and generated files are stored privately and retained for the configured retention period.

What the readiness outputs mean

Ready rows passed the checks selected for this run. Flagged rows include an Issue field explaining missing phones, invalid phones, duplicates, or missing required values. The summary reports source, ready, flagged, and issue counts for QA.

A ready result describes file readiness only. It is not a deliverability result, legal-compliance determination, or permission to call. Clean and normalize the lead file first when broader transformation is needed.

FAQ

What does the readiness check flag?
It identifies missing phones, invalid phones, duplicates, and other configured required-field issues.
Does it change my original file?
No. It generates separate ready, flagged, and summary outputs.
Are uploads private?
Uploads and outputs use the existing private file and protected-download workflow.
