How it works
- Upload your CSV file
- Select match keys (phone, email, or multiple columns)
- Run the tool to group rows and identify duplicates
- Download a unique output and a duplicates output
Output / privacy
Downloads a unique output plus a duplicates output with reasons.
Uploads and generated files are stored privately and retained for the configured retention period.
Matching controls and outputs
Phone matching can normalize the selected phone field, while email and custom-column matching can be case-insensitive. Blank match keys can be removed to the duplicates output or retained as separate rows, depending on the selected control.
This tool deduplicates one file. To compare records between two files, use the file comparison workflow; choose managed cleanup when the file needs broader formatting, validation, or recurring delivery rules.
