What it does

How it works

Outputs and input expectations
Provide a main CSV with a phone column and a second text or tabular file containing the values to match. The tool normalizes supported filter values, processes each phone against the selected mode, and creates matched, unmatched, invalid-phone, and summary outputs where applicable.
For example, a campaign team can supply a state list to separate in-territory rows from the remainder before routing. Reference mappings are designed for United States phone-number data and should not be treated as a person’s current location.
Uploads and generated files remain private and are available through the existing protected-download and retention workflow.
State, area code, and NPANXX use cases
Use State mode when the operational rule is broad territory coverage, such as separating a regional campaign from the rest of a national list. Use Area Code mode when the supplied routing or campaign list is defined by three-digit NPAs. Use NPANXX mode when the rule is based on six-digit exchange prefixes and needs more precision than area code alone.
Matched and unmatched files preserve the source rows so both sides of the classification remain available for QA. The summary records the selected mode and row counts, making it easier to confirm that the outputs tie back to the uploaded list before either file moves into a campaign workflow.
Lookup and filtering are separate tasks
This filter uses the chosen mode to classify rows against values you supply. If the source file first needs state and NPANXX fields appended for reporting or review, use the Area Code & State Finder. If outreach timing is the concern, use the Time Zone Finder. DNC screening is also a separate check and is not implied by a geographic match.
Before using either export, review the invalid-phone output and summary counts. Rows that cannot be normalized to the supported US phone format cannot be classified reliably, so they remain visible for correction instead of being silently assigned to matched or unmatched campaign data.
